As first time home buyers, we were very thankful to have Jerry Jones as our Home Inspector. Jerry is very thorough with his inspection activities and took the required time to explain his findings in detail.
We were amazed how fast the final build out phase took place and were concerned over the amount of interest the builder was placing on quality. While Jerry used a fine toothed comb to review all building aspects, he also understands the nature of the business and didn’t drag the builder through unnecessary concerns/conversation.
